Pray for India

There are so many needs in the nation of India, and Jesus makes it very clear what we are supposed to do as his followers…ask. In Matthew 7:7-11, Jesus says…

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!”

How To Pray Specifically

• The Nation of India
  Pray that God moves upon the hearts of the people to turn their lives over to Him.

• Mission
  Pray that our efforts to share the message of Jesus in every village will be fruitful.

• Safety
  Pray for the safety and security of our 100+ staff members, 1000+ orphans, 1000+ pastors, 500+ students, and 500+ elderly home residents.
  .
• Persecution of Christians
  Pray for opposing factions and religions to stop persecuting followers of Jesus.
  .
• Churches
  Pray for the effective planting of churches in villages that don’t yet have one.
  .
• Finances
  Pray that God continues to provide the financial support needed in order to continue the work of the ministry.

• Workers
  Pray that God will bring more workers so that we can reach the millions of people in India who don’t yet know Jesus.
  .
• Partners
  Pray that many more partners from around the world will invest financially, physically, and prayerfully in the mission of Harvest India.
